Payment and Gratuity

A 20% gratuity is customary for exemplary service and is greatly appreciated. Gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card; however, cash is welcomed, and many of our employees also accept gratuities via Venmo. To hold your appointment exclusively for you, a credit card is required.

Our incredible cut and color services can vary based on your stylist, the coloring techniques used, and your hair length. Cancellations & No-show

To ensure the best service for all our clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Fees:

  • Haircuts and Styling: Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.

  • Color and Technical Services: Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. 

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with a product bought at our salon, you may exchange it for another product within 7 days of the original purchase date.
 

Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your cut or color, please reach out within 24 hours. We’ll gladly schedule a correction within a week of your original appointment. Thank you for trusting us with your hair!

 

Children

For the safety and comfort of all clients, we offer hair services to individuals aged 12 and up. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a guardian who isn’t receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.
